Pilates Classes

IMG_20191009_114537.jpg

Pilates is a series of exercises that achieve the best postural alignment with a balance between strength and flexibility. Frequently used by physiotherapists in the treatment of back pain sufferers, research has shown Pilates to be very effective in improving the stability of the spine. It is therefore popular with many sports people, and is used in the rehabilitation of injuries.

Come and sign up to a Chartered Physio-led Pilates class. Classes include stability, flexibility, postural, and balance exercises. All ages welcome.

All classes take place via Zoom

Since Covid-19, all of my classes take place via Zoom. If you are not familiar with Zoom, it is very easy to use and I can send you some helpful instructions at your request.

All classes are recorded and made available to you for 1 week. This means that if you miss a class that you have paid for, you will be able to access the recording at any time during that week for no extra charge.
