Join me online for a pre-breakfast Friday morning HIIT and boost your metabolism as well as your cardio-vascular system, strengthen muscles, and even improve your memory. 

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training consists of 30 second burst of effort followed by 30 seconds of recovery exercises. We do 3 reps of 5 exercise pairings. As you may know it is recommended that we raise our heart rate several times a week. Doing a HIIT class is a quick, efficient way of achieving this.
